• Please bring original receipt within 10 days for all exchanges. Venus Beauty Supply does NOT give refunds.

• Hair Products, track hair, braiding hair, sealed items must be in Perfect condition (unopened) for an exchange.

• Wigs, quick weave, drawstring ponytails, hats, domes, opened/sanitary items (earrings, scarf, blades, gloves, etc), jewelry, clothes, and items under $2 ALL SALES ARE FINAL, Venus Beauty Supply will NOT accept any returns.

• Electronic products have a 30 day motor warranty and must be exchanged for the SAME item.

• Venus Beauty Supply and its' employees reserve the right to refuse any return.

• Venus Beauty Supply and its' employees are not liable for the outcome(s) of any products sold.
